6 x 2 hour weekly sessions , Anyone who wants to improve their mental wellbeing through individual and group activities. During this course you will; look into what it means to be well, identify your own mental health and ways to live with it, ways to reduce worry and develop a personal Wellness Toolkit. Participation in classes and activities is welcomed but not compulsory and if you have any questions about these please do not hesitate to ask.
