6 x 2 hour weekly sessions, Each session will be activity-based using NLP techniques and the use of EFT as a control tool ending with a short relaxation meditation. Participation in classes and activities is welcomed but not compulsory and if you have any questions about these please do not hesitate to ask.

Week Five: Circle of Excellence
Confidence building technique.
Week Six: The Person Within
Being aware of what it is that you need to do to ensure that you feel good.
