Do you often criticise yourself, worry about what others think, or talk yourself out of doing things? If so, our Challenging Negative Thoughts workshops may be for you!
This two hour workshop can help you to:
Recognise your negative thoughts and manage them in a more positive way
Learn what is a unhelpful thinking habit and how to cope with them
Find ways of seeing things in a more positive way
Be aware of your thought patterns and how to develop a healthier way of thinking
1 x 2 hour session, £2.00
You can share as much as you feel comfortable and no one is put on the spot. During Zoom workshops we would request that you have your cameras on and treat this activity the same way you would attending a session at the centre, no eating or drinking alcohol during the session.
