Our two hour Combat Stress workshop can help you to:
- Recognise stress in yourself and others and learn techniques to help?
- Understand what leads to stress and how to keep it more balanced in your life
- Deal with you stresses with a new approach to feeling calm
You can share as much as you feel comfortable and no one is put on the spot. During Zoom workshops we would request that you have your cameras on and treat this activity the same way you would attending a session at the centre, no eating or drinking alcohol during the session.
