Do you find that fear holds you back or creates bigger problems in your life?
During our Face Your Fear workshop you will learn:
Understand the concept of fear and how to handle it
Teach you how to overcome fear and take action
Equip you with the skills to handle fear by learning the 'Fear Ladder Technique'
You can share as much as you feel comfortable and no one is put on the spot. During Zoom workshops we would request that you have your cameras on and treat this activity the same way you would attending a session at the centre, no eating or drinking alcohol during the session.
