On Monday 6th January we celebrated the contribution of our volunteers during 2024! It is a useful time to reflect on the challenges and achievements of the past year together as a team, but also to get excited and plan for the year ahead! 

We were fortunate and incredibly thankful to win a grant from our partners Bury VCFA in order to be able to book a table at the wonderful Wine & Wallop Prestwich. We want to say a huge thanks for the staff who sorted our pre-order, gave amazing service and didn't mind us moving all the tables around! We believe in our local community businesses and charities supporting one another and this was a great example of that. 

Our volunteers are simply put, AMAZING. We are so lucky to have a team full of people with different skills, backgrounds, lived experience, training and passions. I count myself lucky every day to be able to work alongside them at CLC. So, thank you to all our volunteers and we look forward to an exciting 2025 together. Tom Wild - Take Part Coordinator"
