As part of #nationalallotmentsweek2024 we managed to have a few sessions at the CLC allotment despite the weather. Allotment Sensory Group took place on Tuesday last week and this was an opportunity for some members to mindfully experience a quiet, safe, outdoor space. From sitting down and listening to the natural sounds to smelling the flowers to touching different plants. Refocusing our minds to the present and to actually experience it while helping calm down our senses to let go all of our stresses. Jon took some beutiful pictures on the day
