As Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) approaches from the 14th to the 20th May 2018, we continue to work to spread the news about how Mental Health can impact our daily lives. Find out what can be done to help manage your own mental health at home and what services are on offer by attending our centre in Prestwich, Manchester.
This MHAW, the theme is Stress: Are We Coping? and how we can each manage our own and what can be done to help others to do the same. According to MentalHealth.org, Stress can pay a key part in our Mental Health taking a hit and we at the centre agree. We have a number of different therapies and activities on offer to help you manage your stress.
During MHAW we will be hosting a number of Free Drop In Sessions all members and non members welcomed. On Saturday May 12th there will be a number of activities (details to follow) and the following days/times* and activities will take place to help you manage and relieve your stress:
