Come along to the Creative Living Centre on the 4th November 2.30pm - 4pm to hear some our talented musicians and singing group share some music.
In aid of Stress Awareness Day which takes place on the 6th November we are highlighting the wellbeing benefits of music. Nordoff and Robbins offer that music has been shown to lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol, as well as decreasing your heart rate and blood pressure. It can provide anxiety relief when you’re in a stressful situation, and it can also decrease long-term anxiety if you listen to music consistently. Come along to the CLC support our musicians, hot chocolate and refreshments will be available.
