Suicide Prevention Event in Bury

The Join The Dots Tour came to Bury on the 18th June 2024 for a collaborative event organised by The Big Fandango, The Creative Living Centre and Bury Council, to raise awareness within our community of suicide and how together we can work towards a suicide safer community.

Speakers David Catterall representing the Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester and Jacqui and Ian Young who spoke movingly about their own experience of loss. Paul Vittles in collaboration with The Jordan Legacy. Music was provided by Bury Fire Choir with song choices picked with care specifically for this event.
