During our Stop the bully in my head workshop you will learn:
How to understand and manage your inner bully
Techniques to calm your mind
Identify your inner strengths
How to be your own best friend
You can share as much as you feel comfortable and no one is put on the spot. During Zoom workshops we would request that you have your cameras on and treat this activity the same way you would attending a session at the centre, no eating or drinking alcohol during the session.
