This two hour workshop can help you to:
Understand more about worries and how to stop those thoughts and feel better
Learn to recognise ‘types’ of worries and develop ways deal with those more postively
Take overwhelming thoughts and shrink them confidently
Use a STOP technique to help you feel more in control of your thoughts
You can share as much as you feel comfortable and no one is put on the spot. During Zoom workshops we would request that you have your cameras on and treat this activity the same way you would attending a session at the centre, no eating or drinking alcohol during the session.
