6 x 2 hour weekly sessions , Anyone who wants to improve their mental wellbeing through individual and group activities. During this course you will; look into what it means to be well, identify your own mental health and ways to live with it, ways to reduce worry and develop a personal Wellness Toolkit. You can share as much as you feel comfortable and no one is put on the spot. £2.50 per session
