If you decide to have a course of therapy, we charge £10 per session, this includes Taking Therapies and Counselling, Holistic Therapy and Art Therapy. This must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment and is non-refundable if you miss an appointment.
The majority of our activities are £3 each this includes wellbeing activities, support groups and workshops. Regular activities currently taking place at the CLC include:

Chair based exercise

Meditation and Mindfulness
Journaling

We also offer a free Breakfast club every Monday morning and warms hubs Tuesday to Thursday
We now offer Daily passes at £5 and Weekly Passes at £10 - these do not include therapies or food from the café
Our work is funded by grants and donations. These small charges help cover some of our costs but are heavily subsidised. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to miss a session as there will be others on the waiting list who could take your place.
