We have a exercise class at the centre! Drop in at 11am on Tuesdays and get moving with Boxercise. £3 for a one hour session, members only.
Now the weather’s getting a little better (hurrah!) our bike leaders are back running groups on Thursdays and individual sessions on Wednesdays, meeting at the centre. Get confident on your bike and have fun getting your exercise! Contact us to book a one on one, or drop in on Thursdays at 11am. Sessions are £3 for members.
We have a bunch of exciting new things coming up on our April timetable, including a weekly mindfulness session. Drop in for £3 every Tuesday, 10-11am!

Happy International Women’s day to all our members, staff, and supporters! The Creative Living Centre simply could not run without the contributions of the many incredible women throughout the organisation. Today we celebrate you all, while also sparing a thought for women around the world and at home who still struggle under hardship and discrimination.
To mark the day we have a special blog entry from one of our very own superwomen, Shelley. Here she gives us her thoughts on 15 years of work with the centre, on mental health, and on healing. Want to cook with confidence? We’ve got a three part course starting this Tuesday, 14th March. Have fun learning to make bread and decorate delicious cakes! Contact the centre to book your place.
On Monday 13th March we’ll be running a workshop to help with challenging negative thoughts. 1-3pm at the centre. Contact us to book your spot.
Our 7 week course, Building Blocks to Success, is returning to the centre on 11th March. Covering a wide range of topics including self care, sleep and relaxation, and understanding anxiety, will run 1.30pm-3.30pm every Saturday until 22nd April. Contact the centre to book your place.
